By booking an appointment with Aura Esthetics LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but it will be used to enforce our cancellation & no-show policy as outlined below.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
All cancellation & no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
We understand that emergencies & extenuating circumstances can happen—please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for the next guest. If you're more than 15 minutes late without communication, you may be marked as a no-show & charged accordingly.
Right to Refuse Service
Aura Esthetics LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations
- Health or hygiene concerns that impact safety or sanitation
